What is your favorite tip to stay fabulous?
Living consciously by being present, finding beauty in each day, getting outside, exercising daily, and eating nutrition packed food. Above all be joyful and always help others.
What advice would you give your younger self?
The best advice I would give my younger self would be to slow down!
What would you do with the $40,000?
First, I would provide scholarships for people to obtain access to my workshops and retreats in order to begin a journey of self discovery toward uncovering their unique gift and finding purpose in their lives. Next, I would fund a world wide motivational speaking tour utilizing my books, including the latest; A Practical Guide to Living Fearlessly » a step by step guide to alleviating a fear based lifestyle. Finally, making a donation to the American
Cross, and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance is essential!
Thanks for your support, voting for the first phase ends October 19th. Good luck to all! 💗#fabover40 #apracticalguidetolivingfearlessly #wethinkwehavetime #purposefilledlife
The humanistic philosopher and psychologist Erich Fromm wrote in his classic on the art of loving. In some sense, no love ever fails, for no experience is ever wasted — even the most harrowing becomes compost for our growth, fodder for our combinatorial creativity. But in another, it is indeed astonishing how often we get love wrong — how, over and over, it stokes our hopes and breaks our hearts and hurls us onto the cold hard baseboards of our being, flattened by defeat and despair, and how, over and over, we rise again and hurl ourselves back at the dream of it, the delirium of it, the everlasting wonder of it.
